Fees and membership dues charged by Community Health Charities of New England (CHCofNE): Charities applying for first time membership to CHCofNE pay a one-time, non-refundable $500 fee. There are no annual membership dues or fees. By agreement with its members, CHCofNE withholds a percentage of all funds raised to cover its operating expenses. By direction of the Board of Directors of CHCofNE, that percentage does not exceed 25 percent, inclusive of fees charged by other federations or the national office of CHCofNE.
